LGP Single Packaging

The finished outer box of the light guide plate (LGP) is sealed with a thickened corrugated cardboard box, with the seams reinforced and sealed using high-strength clear tape. This effectively resists impacts, compression, and jolts during transportation, providing the first line of defense for the product. The light guide plate itself is fully wrapped in a transparent PE dustproof bag, with white foam corner protectors installed on all four corners, and placed inside a corrugated paper liner. This delivers comprehensive cushioning protection from the corners to the entire panel, preventing scratches, dents, or abrasion during transit.
